Wizard Gaming Auctioning Off its Assets

Wizard Gaming, a promising online casino software provider and is registered on the Isle of Man, has decided to hold an open auction for its assets and withdraw from the gambling industry.

This was carried upon since August 2009 when Wizard gaming lost its casino operator to Realtime Gaming. For over a year, the software developer has been unable to get another licensee thus eliminating its possibility of continuing as an independent software developer. Specifically these wizards failed when it came to money generation or incantations to convince online casinos to use their software. Which is believed to be the biggest downfall in the gaming world for the company.

Wizard Gaming specializes in providing rich and compelling experiences that are sure to attract and retain players for longer. They are focused to offer games that are of the same quality as those found in land-based casinos. They feature casino games that have many advantages over the competition, including higher impact graphics, animations and sounds. However, most players have never heard of Wizard Gaming.

After examining the marketplace and exploring other strategic options, the directors of Wizard Gaming announced to have a public and open auction for its assets with a starting bid of $300,000. The directors do believed that the gaming software they've spent for four years can be commercialized faster in the hands of a suitable new owner. So they are auctioning off the master copyright on all the content for their games as well as their back end support systems.

Here are the Wizard Gaming assets that are for sale.
